Healthy interpersonal relationship is regarded as a very important external resource for a person, and the harmony of interpersonal relationship is also an important cornerstone of social harmony. According to different social roles, interpersonal relationship can be divided into several categories, such as family relationship, work relationship and social relationship. As people pay more and more attention to interpersonal relationship, some emerging occupations have emerged. Among the new occupations announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2007, marriage and family counselors and labor relations coordinators appeared. Let’s first walk into the marriage and family counselor. Sitting next to me is one of them, Ms. Hou Zhiming. We welcome her. The emergence of new occupations has something to do with the increasingly detailed social division of labor. In the past, if neighbors quarreled and the couple were at odds, maybe the aunts and grandfathers of the neighborhood committees would come out to persuade them. Later, when they got a psychologist, everyone might spend money to go to the hospital for consultation when encountering these problems, so the first thing I want to ask you is what is the difference between this marriage and family counselor and the first two categories I mentioned?

　　Hou Zhiming: Psychological counselors pay more attention to individuals and marriage counselors. I think what is more important is the environment in which this person grows up, and during his growth, he has to establish certain relationships with others and society, that is to say, around himself. For example, at first he is a child, and later he is a young student. In the family, he may be the object of love first, then the husband and wife, and then the parents. When he is raising children at the same time, He has to support his own old people, so there are tasks and problems in each stage from himself and at home, starting a family, and at different stages of the family, and many problems arise from this. Therefore, marriage and family counselors are more important about relationships, that is, the relationship between individuals and others, and many problems arise in relationships.
