On the morning of November 18th, the second group interview of the third world internet conference entrepreneurs was held in Wuzhen Internet International Convention and Exhibition Center Network Theater. Wang Xing, CEO of Meituan Review, Yao Jinbo, CEO of 58 Group, Li Ya, CEO of Little Information, Kelly Y Zhou, founder and CEO of Zhihu, Wang Xiaofeng, co-founder and CEO of mobike Science and Technology, Liu Chengcheng, founder and CEO of 36Kr, and other representatives of Internet companies answered reporters’ questions on the theme of "innovation drives the benefit of mankind". The group interview was presided over by Jiang Jun, director of the Network News and Information Dissemination Bureau of the National Internet Information Office.

Wang Xing said that the value of life service in internet plus lies in the combination of network technology and traditional business, making everyone’s life more comfortable and convenient. He believes that for the O2O industry, after the breadth of users reaches a certain level, it is more important to tap the depth of users. He suggested that there are three ways to deepen internet plus at this stage: the first is to launch a search method with updated interface and more efficient algorithm based on artificial intelligence and big data; The second is deep integration with traditional industries; The third is to seek international development.

Yao Jinbo believes that the mission of "58 City" is to make people’s lives more convenient through the Internet. For users, the quality of service they get is the most important. Only when the enterprise service is well done can the growth rate of the number of users be guaranteed. In the process of seeking development, enterprises continue to give back to society and benefit mankind, which is the value and due responsibility of Internet enterprises.

Kelly Y Zhou believes that it is becoming a trend for users to pay for knowledge. Practice has proved that knowledge sharing has high market value, and useful information can become customized and personalized knowledge goods, so that knowledge providers and sharers can obtain direct benefits. This is an innovation based on the change of information consumption demand. Information providers and demanders have their own needs, which is beneficial to everyone.

In response to a reporter’s question, Li Ya said that personalized reading has become a standard in the era of mobile Internet. He believes that although the information pushed based on simple intelligent recommendation algorithm can cater to users’ interests, it lacks value. The combination of "personal tailor" and "value reading" is the future direction of reading evolution and network culture development. While encouraging users to actively express their interests through search, subscription, etc., it can help users better obtain truly valuable content for their work and life.

Wang Xiaofeng believes that when many people encounter problems like traffic congestion and air pollution, they mostly consider seeking solutions from the government or other angles. However, as entrepreneurs, we should improve people’s living environment, make our life simple and healthy, and make the relationship between people more harmonious through the application of innovative technology.

In response to a reporter’s question, Liu Chengcheng said, the data show that as of the third quarter of this year, the Internet entrepreneurial innovation situation in various places has maintained a high level of activity, but entrepreneurs must better combine the Internet with the real economy and truly create value before they can get investors’ attention. "2019 Paris Consensus" of the Sino-French Civilization Dialogue

We, representatives of Chinese and French intellectuals, cultural and artistic circles and international organizations, gathered in Paris from October 21 to 22, 2019 to participate in the Sino-French Civilization Dialogue and discuss the plan of Sino-French civilization exchange and mutual learning.

We believe that culture and civilization are inexhaustible motive forces for promoting the development and progress of human society and building a community of human destiny. It is our common aspiration to carry out the dialogue between Chinese and French civilizations, and it is also a great cause that needs our unremitting efforts. China and France should set an example and lead the world in strengthening dialogue and exchanges between civilizations, coping with global challenges and promoting world peace and sustainable development.

We can see that China and France, as representatives of the two major civilizations of the East and the West, are committed to maintaining the diversity of human civilization, jointly raising the banner of multilateralism and improving the global governance system, and have become an important force in maintaining world peace and stability and promoting the progress of human civilization.

We suggest that different civilizations coexist on an equal footing and harmoniously, cherish and respect each civilization, and let the diverse civilizations of various countries and nationalities achieve the vitality of the human planet.

We suggest that different civilizations appreciate each other, tolerate each other, learn from each other’s strong points in dialogue and exchange, and provide value guidance and spiritual support for mankind.

We suggest that different civilizations help each other and cooperate together, so that the achievements of various civilizations can become valuable wealth shared by mankind and ensure world peace, development, prosperity and stability.

We hope to take this meeting as an opportunity to carry out regular civilized exchanges and dialogues, build a communication platform, learn from the wisdom of civilization, promote the communication between the people and let the light of civilization better illuminate the human planet.

  editorial comment/note

The Sino-French Civilization Dialogue, hosted by the Press Office of the State Council, China, and jointly hosted by the Chinese Foreign Languages Bureau and the French "Bridge" think tank, was held in Paris from October 21st to 22nd.

Wang Yi, State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China, Jiang Jianguo, Vice Minister of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, laurent fabius, Chairman of the French Constitutional Council, dominique villepin, former French Prime Minister and irina bokova, former Director-General of UNESCO, attended and delivered speeches. More than 200 representatives from the Chinese and French governments, well-known experts and scholars, outstanding figures in the field of culture and art, and executives of Sino-French cooperative enterprises attended the meeting. Representatives of the two sides held frank exchanges and in-depth dialogues around the conference theme of "Dialogue among Civilizations and Mutual Learning: Building a Community of Human Destiny" and contributed their thoughts and wisdom.

Let the light of human civilization of equality, tolerance and cooperation shine forever.

Wang Yi (State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China)

As important representatives of eastern and western civilizations, China and France have each created profound and excellent cultures, which, like two bright pearls, complement each other in the long river of human history. Not only that, the cultural exchanges between China and France have a long history. In the past hundreds of years, we have always appreciated each other and learned from each other, which has become a model for exchanges and mutual learning between different civilizations.

As early as the Western Renaissance and Enlightenment, many French thinkers, including Voltaire, had a strong interest in China culture and advocated that Europe should learn from China’s rational spirit. In 1688, King Louis XIV sent the first batch of "the king’s mathematicians" to China, which played a positive role in promoting Sino-French scientific and cultural exchanges. Gu Hongming, a master of Confucianism in modern China, once said in the famous book "The Spirit of China": "It seems that only the French understands the civilizations of China and China best in the world, because the French has an extraordinary spiritual quality as Chinese."

After the founding of People’s Republic of China (PRC), Sino-French relations and Sino-French cultural exchanges opened a new chapter. In 1964, France became the first western power to formally establish diplomatic relations with New China, and the first cultural center established by China in the west was located in Paris. The "Sino-French Cultural Year" started the trend of holding cultural years with foreign countries in China. In March this year, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader paid a historic visit to France. During the visit, President Macron presented a French version of A Guide to the Analects of Confucius, which was first published in 1688, to President Xi as a national gift, which once again wrote a wonderful story about the encounter between eastern and western cultures. Later, I will co-chair the fifth meeting of the Sino-French high-level people-to-people exchange mechanism with Foreign Minister Le Drian. We will implement the important consensus of the two heads of state on strengthening civilized exchanges and mutual learning, and push the Sino-French cultural exchange to a new level.

The world today is facing a great change that has never happened in a hundred years. Whether countries are heading for conflict or prosperity, and whether history is heading for retrogression or progress, largely depends on how we treat and deal with the differences between different civilizations. As two civilized countries, China and France are fully capable of providing answers for mankind, that is, they should have a pair of eyes to appreciate the beauty of different civilizations, have a broader mind than the sea and the sky, and let the light of equal, inclusive and cooperative human civilization shine forever.

We should treat each other as equals and let different civilizations have their own beauty. There is no distinction between superior and inferior civilizations. Every civilization is rooted in its own soil, has advantages and advantages, and has become the common wealth of mankind. Chinese civilization advocated "harmony but difference" more than 2000 years ago, stressing that "all things coexist and do not harm each other, and Tao is parallel but not contradictory". We oppose any form of "theory of superiority of civilizations" or "theory of clash of civilizations", and advocate respecting all countries and nations to inherit and develop their own civilizations and independently choosing a development path that suits their national conditions, so that our world can blossom and become more colorful.

We must persist in openness and tolerance, and let the beauty of different civilizations. History tells us that selfish and narrow civilizations are doomed to be unsustainable, and only by appreciating, accepting and constantly learning from other civilizations can any civilization last forever. This is the case in China and France. All countries should treat other civilizations and the progress of other countries with a rational and inclusive attitude, and should not put their own interests above other countries. Confucius, a sage in China, said, "Don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you", while Mencius pointed out that "if you love others, you will always love them; Those who respect others will always respect them. " Different countries and civilizations should respect each other, understand and accommodate each other, and pay more attention to the beauty of adults than the evil of adults, so as to achieve mutual success and common development.

We must persist in cooperation and progress together, so that different civilizations can share beauty and beauty. In the past few decades, globalization and informatization have completely broken geographical isolation and provided unprecedented convenience for countries to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and achieve collective prosperity. Facts have proved that cooperation is the only correct choice, self-isolation is inappropriate and unilateralism is unpopular. In recent years, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader has put forward a series of important initiatives, such as jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and building a "community of human destiny", which is a new major contribution made by the ancient Chinese civilization to mankind in the 21st century. Under the guidance of these initiatives, we are willing to uphold and carry forward the concept of multilateralism, deepen cooperation with other countries and make unremitting efforts to promote the overall development and progress of human civilization.

Draw on the wisdom of civilization, promote the communication between the people and make joint progress towards the goal of realizing the dream of China and France.

Jiang Jianguo (Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of CPC Central Committee)

Just now, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi’s speech profoundly expounded the important proposition of solving the difficult problems of international relations through civilized exchanges and mutual learning. President fabius’s speech expressed his unique views on the common development of diverse civilizations. The speeches of the two leaders set the tone and provided guidance for our dialogue. Here, I would like to share with you my understanding of the exchange and mutual learning between Chinese and French civilizations with a few symbolic historical symbols.

The first symbol: "One Road". The exchange of civilizations and mutual learning is the main driving force to promote human progress. More than 2,000 years ago, with the simple desire of friendly exchanges, our ancestors opened up the ancient Silk Road and opened an era of great exchanges in the history of human civilization. On this road, the Chinese and French people, together with the people of other countries, constantly deepen their understanding of different civilizations, appreciate their charm, and learn from their strengths in an open and inclusive manner. A large number of facts have fully proved that exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations can make the fruitful achievements created by different civilizations shared by all mankind. It is also the communication on this road that makes China and France stand on the highland of world civilization and become bright pearls that reflect the two civilizations of the East and the West.

The second symbol: "A book". President Macron presented The Analects of Confucius, published in France in 1688, to the Chairman of the Supreme Leader, evoking a precious memory in the history of Sino-French civilization exchange. "Sinology spread to the west" and "European learning spread to the east" is a legend that eastern and western civilizations met and learned from each other, leaving a deep imprint on the history of world civilization. Confucian classics such as Confucius’ The Analects of Confucius have had an important influence on the philosophical thoughts of Montesquieu and Voltaire. Facts have fully proved that learning from each other between China and France is like lighting another lamp, which can not only illuminate the way forward for the two peoples, but also make the world a better place.

The third symbol: "a group of people". 100 years ago, a group of ambitious young people from China came to France not far from Wan Li with longing for the progress of French civilization, seeking the truth of saving the country and the people and the good prescription for transforming old China. Enthusiastic French people opened their arms to these young people who failed to study, helping them to reserve knowledge and skills for serving their motherland. Some of them have become outstanding leaders of New China, while others have become outstanding talents in the fields of science and technology, culture and art. What I want to say here is that the people of China always remember those who helped them and should be good friends with them from generation to generation. The seeds of Sino-French friendship sown by our ancestors have already taken root and sprouted in the storms of the years and grown into towering trees.

The fourth symbol: "a word". General de Gaulle said in those days: "China and France have deep admiration and respect for each other, and the obvious tacit understanding between the two countries will one day develop into a deeper and deeper cooperation." We are very happy to see that since President Mao Zedong and General De Gaulle made the historic decision to establish diplomatic relations in an all-round way, China and France and their peoples have respected each other, treated each other as equals, supported each other and cooperated closely, and Sino-French relations have become a model of win-win cooperation between different systems and cultural traditions.

The fifth symbol: "a dream". At the commemorative meeting celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France in 2014, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader said: "I sincerely hope that China and France and the two peoples will understand each other, pay attention to each other and jointly realize the ‘ Sino-French dream ’ 。” During his first visit to China in 2018, President Macron said: "We live in an era when France and China can share a dream. This is exactly what I expect from Sino-French relations. " The words of the two heads of state made us deeply realize that the Chinese dream and the French dream are interlinked, and we share a "Sino-French dream". Realizing the "China-France Dream" is a process of deepening the exchanges between Chinese and French civilizations and promoting win-win cooperation between the two countries.

Carrying out the dialogue between Chinese and French civilizations is a cause for which both China and France are striving. Today’s dialogue is a useful attempt and a new beginning. I believe that the Sino-French Civilization Dialogue will surely become an ideological feast for exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and French civilizations!

Laurent fabius (President of the French Constitutional Council)

Sino-French dialogue is not only a meeting to discuss, but also a practice of the common future of the two countries and the future of the whole world. The civilizations of China and France are different, and they are different in education, history, land area and neighboring countries. That is why it is more important to have a common vision and unite. In 1964, Charles de Gaulle and Mao Zedong decided to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries, and France was the first western power to establish diplomatic relations with China. During my 40 years in politics, I kept in touch with my friends in China. Recently, our two countries have strengthened ties and exchanged frequent high-level visits, which further shows that our ideas are the same. Although we are different, we still have something in common.

First of all, both China and France have the long-term idea of establishing long-term ties. This is the case in China, and it is also the case in France. Instead of looking at short-term interests, we can foresee the future, overcome short-term difficulties, and look at problems from a long-term perspective.

Secondly, both China and France have the spirit of openness. In the history of our two countries, we were tempted to close up, and in the end we both chose to open up, so we are very proud. Now many countries, especially big countries, are becoming more and more closed. However, China and France are not like this, which shows the importance of the road we have traveled together.

Finally, we all attach importance to finding a balance, which is what Wang Yi said: seeking common ground while reserving differences. There are many threats in the world today, and the biggest threat is the threat against multilateralism. Some people do not accept multilateralism more and more. China and France, two great countries, should find solutions to their difficulties under the principle of multilateralism and seeking common ground while reserving differences. We can find new knowledge by studying history, and those who can do this are great masters. In the future, let everyone become such a person and wish the Sino-French Civilization Dialogue Conference a complete success.

Dominique villepin (former French Prime Minister)

At present, the world is facing an unprecedented crisis, which is comprehensive and threatens the social, economic, political and international relations system for decades.

At present, various international relations systems are complicated, and now bipolar, multilateral and unilateral relations are intertwined. Moreover, we can see that there is still a tendency of power politics in the current international system. Today’s world is facing a crisis of trust. Since 1945, people’s confidence in peace, stability and social justice has been shaken. There is also a tool crisis, the United Nations system, the international currency, the World Bank, and so on. The United States left UNESCO because it questioned the efficiency of international organizations.

So, what should we do? We should start with civilization. The clash of civilizations will lead to a kind of self-isolation. Protectionism has become more and more popular after the "9.11" incident, extremism has spread to the west and south, and we have also seen many conflicts, especially in the Middle East and Libya. There is also a trend of blocking among civilizations. We see that some people provoke sanctions or disputes easily. The obvious example is the Sino-US trade dispute. There are also risks of war in many places. World War I was the destruction of world civilization, and France fought side by side in World War II. War is a brutal destruction of civilization.

In addition, we also face two major challenges, one is selfish globalization, which benefits us for our own interests, and the other is environmental challenge.

I make three suggestions, which are very urgent. The first is that our diplomacy must be devoted to common interests. People of all countries must be equal, and all civilizations are equal to each other. Peace is very important. I think the United Nations Military Academy and the General Staff are a good idea, because we are all facing the crisis of terrorism. France and China are both victims, and China and France can join hands with all parties to combat extremism from the global level. The second is to protect the environment, and it is urgent to establish a global carbon market. The 11% increase in global emissions is due to deforestation. The third is culture. Many China artists have lived in France, and they have made great contributions to the cultural exchanges between the two countries. Especially in literature and art, cultural diversity is very important. In addition, we should emphasize multilateralism, promote pragmatic diplomacy through cooperation, and ensure regional scientific and cultural cooperation. France provides assistance to Africa, and China also provides assistance to Africa under the Belt and Road Initiative. Tripartite cooperation should be promoted and a permanent secretariat should be established.

China and France have the responsibility to contribute to global culture and play the role of thought laboratories.

Irina bokova (former Director-General of UNESCO)

Thank you for inviting me to attend this conference to discuss the multipolarization of culture and the world. How to protect civilization in diversity is a very important topic. Respect for international law is the only way to maintain peace. We can only meet the challenge through cooperation. We respect diversity, so we are United. China and France can play an important role. Both countries are defenders of multipolarization, and both countries firmly believe in the role of culture in development. Today’s conference brings us more opportunities. We have seen great changes brought about by technology, information and communication, which have lifted thousands of people out of poverty and closely linked globalization and localization. But society and individuals are increasingly divided. How can we protect peace?

Humans form a big family, sharing the earth and sharing diversity. We have been looking for this solution. Because another culture may bring conflict, even exclude others and destroy cultural heritage. Some people reject others according to religious standards, think that different ethnic groups cannot coexist peacefully, and think that the world should go back to the past. We should oppose isolationism and respect other cultures. All cultures can learn from each other and make people feel more belonging.

The thousand-year history of the Silk Road is a dialogue among nations, religions and knowledge. These past exchanges have brought more exchanges and innovations. More culture and art are handed down from generation to generation. The culture of the Silk Road shows that no culture can develop alone. The Silk Road is an important exchange, through the exchange of economy, trade and commodities — — Not only that, but also innovation and identity exchange bring dialogue.

Once upon a time, the Silk Road was a social network, which linked people together and told the history of human learning from each other. No culture developed alone, and human civilization learned from each other. The Silk Road was an important and lasting development and a soft power. Only in this way can we find solutions to all social challenges in different languages and cultures.

In the past few years, we have been constantly innovating and expanding the concept of our culture, which shows that our culture and history should be preserved and shared.

Culture is rooted in the people and affects our ideas. Every culture is alive and constantly evolving. The end result is a beautiful world.

Diversity is reflected in the world heritage. It can be said that in the past century, although these heritages belong to different cultures, they represent common values. Cultural differences will not divide us, but will unite us. There are 45 cultural heritages in France and 55 in China, both of which are countries with more cultural heritages. Once again, I congratulate a heritage in Liangzhou, China, and a cultural heritage in Zhejiang on being included in the World Cultural Heritage List in July.

All ethnic groups in the world must exchange innovations and create contacts, so that diversity can be used by us. Sino-French culture is profound, with heritage and innovation, and at the same time, it is integrated with tradition and innovation. There are more than 1000 museums in France, and 200 cultural institutions manage all kinds of archives.

When a country awakens, the first thing is the awakening of culture. China knows that culture is cohesive and can promote economic development. China’s cultural industry has developed very fast, and a lot of work has been done in cultural inheritance. In 2015, China’s investment in culture is also increasing, which shows that culture can promote social and economic development and bring innovation.

The experience of China and France shows that culture can be constantly innovated. To encourage human beings to expand their imagination and see further, human beings need this ability to see further.

Dan Jixiang (former president of the Palace Museum)

In 2013, the Chairman of the Supreme Leader first proposed the idea of jointly building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". This grand idea spanning time and space and a magnificent blueprint bear the dream of development and prosperity of all countries. China and France are both trade centers and cultural hubs connecting the East and the West. After thousands of years, they have witnessed the historical chapter of camel bells ringing and boats facing each other. Thousand-year-old kinship, Wan Li tea fragrance, the ancient and youthful Silk Road, closely linked the two civilizations, exchanged ideas and learned from each other.

France has nurtured an ancient civilization that has lasted for thousands of years, and has gone through a tortuous and long road of self-improvement. Its splendid scientific culture, rich artistic creation and stirring philosophical thoughts have been the treasure of human civilization for thousands of years. France has always been at the forefront of the world in terms of cultural heritage protection and museum construction. Sino-French cultural exchanges are constantly emerging with great vitality, and the future is even more enviable. In recent years, the museums of the two countries have carried out a number of practical cooperation, including collection research, cultural relics restoration, education and training, and academic exchanges. In these activities, the ancient civilizations of the two countries have given off new splendor, written many stories of cultural exchanges, and expanded mutual understanding among the people.

Justin Vais (President of the Paris Peace Forum)

China and France, two great civilizations, span thousands of miles and attract each other. I think the theme of culture can connect two civilizations. Both civilizations can transcend geographical boundaries. Both China and France have foresight and ideas. We talk about cultural communication, that is, soft power, which means that the power of culture can attract other countries.

Our two countries can’t just look at each other, but also look in the same direction, how our institutions handle bilateral relations, which not only promotes Sino-French relations, but also brings many achievements in Sino-French cooperation. What is the meaning of discussing civilization? It is how to manage the earth in a good way, coexist harmoniously on the earth, and pay attention to the future, which also involves biodiversity, climate change and so on. This is also where Chinese and French civilizations can play a role.

Zhang Weiwei (Professor, China Research Institute, Fudan University)

I regard the rise of China as the greatest event in the 21st century. China has gradually taken the lead in some fields from backwardness to catching up. Now China has entered the fourth industrial revolution marked by big data and quantum communication, as well as AI and artificial intelligence. China is now in the first phalanx, which has changed the international situation. The rise of China is different. I call it the rise of a civilized country. Its definition is that an ancient civilization that has not been interrupted for thousands of years and a super-large modern country are almost completely superimposed.

China and France have a long history, and both have fine traditions and are tolerant. Great Enlightenment thinkers like Voltaire and Diderot, their spirit is essentially emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. Under the guidance of this spirit, I believe that the dialogue between Chinese and French civilizations will get better and better, and Sino-French relations will get better and better.

Dieu Benaim (Fellow of Communication, French Academy of Arts, Representative of China Affairs)

The French Academy of Fine Arts may not be well known, but many people in Chinese know it very well. The Monet Museum and the Monet House in giverny have many tourists from China. We have a long history with China.

China and France are very close. I have been to the National Museum of China and once saw a bronze vase, which may be 3000 years old. I can see the sculptor’s gestures and tools at that time, which shows that artistic techniques and feelings spanning 3000 years can be exchanged. When organizing the exhibition, what moved me most was the audience in China. China audiences come from all ages and cultural backgrounds. I remember a girl from China, maybe 15 years old, who watched a sculpture for at least 15 minutes. I was very moved that we couldn’t see such a dedicated audience in France.

Wu Weishan (curator of China Art Museum)

In the China Cultural Center on the Seine River, which bears the profound history of France, flows with the blood of French culture and reflects the light of French wisdom, there stand two bronze statues of China saints, Lao Zi and Confucius. The theme of the performance is that Confucius asked Laozi. This is a widely circulated historical allusion. This group of sculptures points out Chinese’s modesty to learn from others, and also points out that the China Cultural Center is a platform for asking questions to the world. Only by combining questioning and preaching can we have a wide-ranging dialogue around the world. Only through dialogue can we communicate our hearts, integrate our emotions, enhance our understanding and seek common development.

Dialogue, as a rational form of communication between different civilizations, has now become a mighty worldwide trend. The ancient Silk Road once demonstrated for us the glory of civilized dialogue and win-win cooperation, and at the same time inspired us with hope for the future.

Liu Ye (a famous actor in China)

In 2001, I participated in a film co-produced by China and France called Balzac and the Little Tailor of China, which was adapted from the best-selling novel of the same name by Dai Sijie, a Chinese writer living in France. It was my first time to cooperate with a French filmmaker, and we discussed the understanding of film aesthetics at most after shooting. France was the first western country to introduce China films, which made many people interested in China’s aesthetics and culture.

My wife Anna is a French girl, born in Nice. Every time I come to France, I will be called Nice son-in-law, and my wife will be called Northeast daughter-in-law in China. My two children like reading Tang poems and singing "On the Bridge of Evignon" (a famous French nursery rhyme). Children are the future, and the future of Sino-French friendship depends on them.

Chiala Colazza (President of the French Women’s Economic and Social Forum)

I have been promoting France, stressing its attraction and attracting investment. Now I want to go to China, and I want to see the role of China. Moreover, China has great potential, and men and women in China can work together to create the future.

Now we are very concerned about four themes. One is climate, and we hope that women will also sit at the negotiating table and participate in climate negotiations. It is necessary to study how to increase women’s participation in climate action. The second area is how to obtain funds, especially women’s entrepreneurship. We want more women to become entrepreneurs and create jobs and wealth. Another theme is science, artificial intelligence and so on. Women should be given more opportunities in these fields. There is also the need to encourage women to participate in the work of changing society. Improving women’s participation in science is also a major theme of civilization.

Jean Christopher Bass (CEO of the Institute for Dialogue among Civilizations and Senior Advisor for Strategic Development and Cooperation of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations)

It has been 30 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall. At that time, many people thought that the collapse of the Berlin Wall meant the end of an era, and the era of universal and single values and world outlook would come. But in fact, the status quo after 30 years is quite different from what these people originally imagined. The rise of the BRICS countries and the changes in the world’s economic and financial structure have made them feel deeply worried. The development of BRICS countries not only involves the economic level, in fact, the strengthening of BRICS countries has also brought the values of emerging countries to the world. In the past, we talked about the concept of "nation state", but now it is a "civilized country". "Civilized country" is built on the cultural accumulation of thousands of years, and its role in international communication is becoming more and more important.

Mai Jia (a special expert in Zhejiang Province and a full-time writer in Hangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles)

In my exchanges and mutual learning with readers from all over the world, I deeply feel that in this era of "the world is flat" and "the community of human destiny", dialogue and exchanges between different civilizations are particularly important. Communication and dialogue are the most effective ways to eliminate misunderstandings, reduce conflicts and correctly recognize each other. Economic and trade exchanges are exchanges, sitting together for meetings and dialogues are exchanges, and reading and inheriting each other’s literary and artistic works are also exchanges. We hope that all countries in the world can share China literature as much as we share world literature, and learn more about China from it.

Today’s writers in China are lucky enough to learn from the outstanding achievements of world literature, and at the same time, they are in a great period of vitality, prosperity and national security. The passionate, multi-level and multi-faceted life provides inexhaustible creative water for China writers.

Meng Man (Professor, School of History and Culture, Minzu University of China)

How should we face our own cultural traditions? Confucius is called a saint in China. Confucius is the most important symbol of China culture, whether in France or in other countries. In Confucius’ view, his most important job is to protect and pass on Zhou culture, which is actually order and harmony. Among Confucius’ contemporary thinkers, Confucius seems to be the most conservative one, but it is also the one who has gone farthest. To this day, we are still deeply influenced by him. For example, when dealing with different cultures, we will talk about "harmony without difference" and "don’t do to others what you don’t want us to do to you", which are all Confucius’ sayings. I have lived in the north of China since I was a child, and my favorite fruit is apples. And France is famous for its wine. Isn’t culture the same? The most important meaning of communication is that you and I both know each other, understand each other and appreciate each other. Eat your own fruit and taste the fruit of others, so that your mouth can be full of rich flavor.

Hervé Barbale (former Secretary-General of French Ministry of Culture and former Deputy Director of Louvre Museum)

One thing in common between Chinese and French civilizations is that they have a long history, so our dialogue should be more fruitful. There are differences between us, and we should admit that we have differences. We often hear the word "harmony", but harmony does not mean to converge, but to be harmonious and different, and admit that we have different opinions. On this premise, we should move forward together through civilized dialogue and build a more fruitful future.

Museums can be said to be a theme in the traditional values of France, that is, these works are national, but at the same time they are shared by human beings. The museum shows the long and visible history of mankind. As a museum professional, what touches me most is that the dialogue between civilizations is very active. In the past few centuries, this kind of dialogue has been a great impetus to human development.

Zhao Xiaoxing (Deputy Director and Research Fellow, Institute of Literature, Dunhuang Research Institute)

Dunhuang has been at the crossroads of eastern and western civilizations since ancient times. Openness, tolerance, pluralism and mutual learning have always been the attributes of Dunhuang culture. Our research on Dunhuang studies is also based on international cooperation and exchanges. Since 2014, we have held an international academic conference "Dunhuang Forum" every year, providing a platform for Dunhuang researchers all over the world to exchange and inspect Dunhuang. We also actively send scholars from our institute to participate in international conferences and international cooperation. Among them, two visiting scholars are sent to the East Asian Civilization Research Center of the French National Academy of Sciences every year. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to my French colleagues who have been helping us! I also hope that in the future, we can further carry out cooperative research on Dunhuang ancient Tibetan literature in the French National Library and Dunhuang artworks in the Asian Art Collection in Ji Mei.

Shi Fei (former Minister Counsellor of the French Embassy in China and former Ambassador to the Philippines)

There are two ways to spread values, one of which is through war and revolution, but forcing others to accept the values of freedom is against freedom itself. Napoleon forced the promotion of French in Slovenia, but the country’s language and cultural characteristics also remained. The spread of French culture in this period was behind a high degree of centralization.

We learned from Confucius and China, and implemented the examination system. People born in poverty like me can also become diplomats. French is the language of diplomats, the official language of the United Nations, and the official language of NATO. There are 550 million people studying French and French culture in the world, and there are 17 French Union centers in China.

Shen Jian (Professor of Zhejiang University, President of China French History Research Association)

China French History Research Association is one of the earliest national academic mass organizations since the reform and opening up. It has been 40 years since its establishment in August 1979. In the past 40 years, through the efforts of several generations of scholars and researchers, the Research Association has vigorously promoted and carried out the research and teaching of French history in China, strengthened contacts and exchanges with foreign counterparts, and achieved fruitful results.

With the joint promotion of China and France, since 2003, the Research Association has begun to implement a plan for academic exchanges between Chinese and French history and culture. Every summer, we invite some famous French historians to China to teach young scholars and graduate students in China together with China scholars. Through exchanges, we have trained a large number of talents in the study of French history.

Luo Guoxiang (Director, Center for French Studies, Wuhan University)

After World War II, cultural exchanges between countries have become more frequent and fruitful. However, we also see that there are still political, economic and cultural disputes in today’s world, and the world is still not peaceful, which urgently requires us cultural researchers to do a very important job: to find and establish a harmonious world with sustainable and stable development.

In my opinion, French culture with respect for diversity as its core value and China Confucianism that Voltaire once admired and used for reference can be one of the options to solve the above problems. Confucius once said to his disciple Zilu, "Gentlemen are harmonious but different, while villains are at odds.". It can be said that the principle of "diversity and harmony", which is the mainstream in Chinese and French cultures, can make our world fairer not only in the cultural sense, but also politically and economically.

Liu Shaowen (Vice President of China Cyberspace Research Institute)

After 50 years’ development, the Internet has become the main channel and platform for cultural exchange. The achievements of various civilizations are widely gathered, easily flowed and spread around the world in digital form. Cyberspace has increasingly become the common spiritual home of all mankind, providing a broad space for protecting and displaying the diversity of human civilization.

China and France have a long history of civilization and profound cultural heritage. It is of great and far-reaching significance to deepen the cultural exchanges between the two countries by using online channels to enhance the friendship between the two countries and promote the communication between the people. We should adhere to the principle of equality and respect, let people of all countries know each other about the world’s outstanding cultures through the Internet, take the vision of jointly building an online cultural exchange platform, promote multi-level, multi-dimensional and multi-field cultural dialogue, respect multiculturalism, safeguard cultural diversity, and truly realize the beauty of different cultures and diverse civilizations, the beauty of beauties, the coexistence of beauty and beauty, and harmonious coexistence.

Deborah Frett (Director of Development, French Institute for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences)

Confucius said, "A gentleman seeks himself, while a villain seeks others". In 1617, the German enlightenment thinker LeMonetz read the Latin translation of The Analects of Confucius. He said that it brought him a lot of gains, and his learning content was related to the French Revolution. I once saw an article written by Chinese. When talking about the translation of The Analects of Confucius, this article mentioned that the final English version was actually translated from the French version, and these translations were actually done by an American translator. If this is connected in series, we can speculate that Martin Luther King may also be influenced by The Analects of Confucius.

The French version of The Analects of Confucius wrote, "The only goal of philosophy is to constantly improve yourself and others. Self-improvement is a must and a prerequisite for improving others. " Nowadays, society is becoming more and more materialistic, so we should review the thoughts of ancient thinkers.

Emmanuel Linko (Professor, China Political and Art History Expert, Sinologist).

Every country and every civilization share common values with other countries and have their own unique traditions. Civilization includes ideology and values. When French historians refer to China civilization, it has the color that Europeans see the world. the French called this view Orientalism. Corresponding to Westernism, for example, oriental scholars look at the West with oriental colors. Some scholars also believe that western civilization is a realistic civilization, and the west has dispersed and imposed its values on various regions through war and colonization.

Sino-French cultural exchange is to fight against barbarism, and the opposite of civilization is barbarism, which is terrorism. Both China and France face the threat of terrorism. Al Qaeda has destroyed many world cultural heritages. In the name of civilization, we should crack down on barbarism, and China and France should cooperate in this respect and jointly oppose terrorism.

Xiang Yunju (Executive Vice President and Secretary General of China Literature and Art Foundation)

China’s present achievements have been developed through exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations. The people of China are willing to dedicate this great and valuable experience to the world, and China is also willing to put forward China’s plan for world peace and development: building a community of human destiny. Promoting the exchange and integration of human civilizations and learning from each other is the only way to make the world more beautiful and people of all countries live a better life. The community of human destiny, political multipolarity, diversity of civilizations, economic pluralism, sovereign equality, national independence and freedom of personality are mutually external and internal, which is the theory of dialectical unity of human commonness and individuality, and the inevitable conclusion of China’s cultural cosmology of harmony between man and nature, harmonious but different social outlook, people’s heart and good moral outlook.

The community of human destiny pursues and promotes exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and resolves and transcends conflicts and hostility among civilizations. China culture will embrace the openness of the times and world civilization, and the Chinese nation and Chinese excellent traditional culture will also achieve great rejuvenation through creative transformation and innovative development.

Jean-Franç ois di Meglio (President of French Center for Asian Studies)

I have been following China for over 40 years. At the moment, we mainly discuss the communication between different ideologies and cultures. The dialogue between China and France has a long history. The furniture decoration in France in the 18th century was deeply influenced by China style, which shows that France recognized China art..

China’s civilization itself is diverse, so we should have a dialogue with all forms of expression, instead of generalizing. China civilization also has different forms of expression in contemporary art. When it comes to China’s civilization, the first thing we think of is contemporary art, but when it comes to civilization, it actually includes cultural diversity, which enables us to have a dialogue with other cultures. Chinese civilization is bigger than China itself. Speaking of Chinese civilization, in addition to local roots, we should also consider the cultural elements of Southeast Asia and overseas Chinese gathering places. Chinese civilization has gone beyond the territory of its own country.

Feng Ying (Head of the Central Ballet)

History has proved that the real world of "harmony but difference" has created the inevitability of civilization diversity and world multipolarization. The trend of civilization’s advancement and development has enabled mankind to form a community of destiny more closely, and in the future, they will all be brilliant and join hands to sail to a broader sea of stars. This development law of "different but identical, same but different" can be found everywhere in the history of human civilization. Of course, ballet art is no exception. Today, when we appreciate the romance of Italian and French ballet, the innovation of British and German ballet, the unrestrained Russian ballet, the casual and natural American ballet, and the delicate China ballet, it is not difficult to find that although each school is colorful, while adhering to the inheritance, all schools invariably place their future development in the international art vocabulary to explore new ways of contemporary trends, which can be described as hand in hand and diversified development.

Franç ois Guntan (former Chairman of the French Board of Directors of Huawei Technologies and Chairman of the Research and Strategic Prediction Center)

In cooperation with different countries, we are faced with differences in different cultures and languages. For entrepreneurs, if they want to carry out business smoothly in any country, they must have a deep understanding of local customs and culture, which cannot be obtained only by reading newspapers.

The world is now facing multipolarization, and the situation is not as simple as it was 20 or 30 years ago. In the past, we used a single language, and the business model was gradually integrated, but now it is multicultural. Therefore, it is more difficult to become a multinational enterprise than before. The diversified characteristics of the team require that large international groups in the future must absorb cultural courses in the leadership training courses and incorporate culture into the group strategy, otherwise it will be difficult to operate. Knowledge sharing can transcend the challenges brought by cultural diversity, which is also a challenge that enterprises must overcome.

Young people want to "eat the valley" after running in groups, purchasing smuggling and copyright turmoil.

Cctv news(Reporter/edited by Lu Yang/edited by Yang Wei/Kan Chunyu): "I saw someone on the second-hand platform ‘ Millet ’ And ate it hard. When the delivery date was agreed, the owner could not be found, and more than 600 people were cheated in the group. " This passage comes from the lightning protection post of "Eat Valley" provided by an insider to CCTV News+reporter, in which "Millet" (transliteration of goods) refers to the derivative periphery of animation IP, such as cards, badges, acrylic cards, etc. Buying these periphery is called "Eat Valley". According to statistics, in the past year, the interaction of social media about "eating millet" and "millet" exceeded 1.1 billion times, and there were more and more discussions about the price of "millet" and the dispute over "millet circle".

Dubbed as a "small broken tin box", official website sells for about RMB in 40 yuan, but popular IP figures can be sold for 20,000 yuan per respondent.

Instead of buying, it is difficult to protect rights across borders, and the cold storm under the upsurge of "millet"

Whenever I want to buy some rare "millet", Juanjuan, who has more than ten years of experience in buying around animation, will pay attention to whether anyone posts a group. "After adding the group number, I can place an order in the WeChat link provided by the group owner. They have some internal channels." As "Rare Valley" is hard to buy in official website, the business of assembling hundreds of people to help people buy from overseas is also growing.

Different from ordinary commodities, "millet" adopts the pre-sale system, and it takes at least three months to six months from production and purchasing to domestic packaging and delivery. "But sometimes you can’t wait," Juanjuan told CCTV’s "News+"reporter that it is not a rare thing to buy a road in the "Valley Circle". "If you wait, you can’t find a purchase, but the second-hand platform or micro-store will automatically confirm the receipt when the order arrives."

The reporter of CCTV News+learned that in 2023, a large-scale "purchasing and running" incident occurred in the "Valley Circle". A group owner named "Millet Shop" collected more than 200,000 yuan in payment for more than 600 people, but it was not delivered in one year. "Members buy less than one or two hundred yuan, and more than one or two thousand yuan." The affected group members told the reporter, "Purchasing ‘ Millet ’ Whether it can reach your hands or not depends on trust and conscience. "

In the face of purchasing money, the victims can only expose the payment accounts that send lightning protection posts and ban purchasing, but it is difficult to really recover the losses. This is mainly because the loss of each person who "eats the valley" in the group is not large. "Two or three hundred people have been cheated, and the police can’t help it." And if you want to gather people from all over the world to defend their rights together, the attribution of the case is another problem.

The insider told the reporter of CCTV News+that it has been more than a year since the 600-member "Millet" group was cheated. At first, members would go to the police station near their home to call the police and pull a small group to discuss ways, but they found that the solution was hopeless, and they would not be able to do it. In the year when she continued to pay attention to the progress, she found that there were more and more tricks for purchasing the money. Using fake identities, pretending to pull back the refund group, and telling the members that they were "working for repayment" all reduced the incident to an economic dispute by showing their willingness to repay. "But in any case, they just don’t pay back the money, and they can only see more and more lightning protection posts and hanging posts."

"Millet" puzzle, purchasing lightning protection stickers/provided by respondents

Lawyer Lu Yun of Beijing Yihe Zhonghong Law Firm said that purchasing is an entrusted civil legal relationship, and the act of collecting money may constitute unjust enrichment, fraud or contract fraud. "Not only will the criminal responsibility of the purchaser be investigated, but also the civil losses of consumers will be compensated. In the aforementioned case, the loss of more than 200,000 yuan of the 600-member group has reached the standard of filing a case. Consumers can collect relevant evidence, such as purchase records, payment vouchers and related chat clues, and report the case to the public security organ. "

In addition to the malicious "rolling bills", there are also cases where "millet" was seized by the customs because of suspected illegal smuggling when purchasing. According to the Measures of People’s Republic of China (PRC) Customs on the Supervision of Luggage and Articles of Inbound and Outbound Passengers, when the total value of articles taken abroad by inbound residents exceeds RMB 5,000, they need to declare to the customs. The group of hundreds of people is often hundreds of thousands of big orders, and the number of cards, acrylic cards and pendants will easily exceed 1000.

If it is 13% per piece & mdash; Calculated by the import tax rate of 20%, the profits generated by purchasing without declaring customs duties according to the process and taking risks without telling the members are quite rich. Juanjuan told CCTV’s "News+"reporter that the group suspected of smuggling often has both money and goods, and the owner of the group is punished, the store is gone, and the goods are broken. "Only the group members are left, and hundreds of dollars to buy grain are wasted."

"Millet" purchasing failed to declare suspected smuggling/official Weibo of the General Office of the General Administration of Customs

According to the "Regulations on the Implementation of Administrative Punishment of People’s Republic of China (PRC) Customs", whether the entry around animation involves smuggling should be judged according to the content, quantity, amount and whether a deposit is charged. Generally speaking, the animation surrounding which is declared according to laws and regulations and does not involve contraband can enter the country according to the procedures, but it is illegal to bring the animation surrounding which involves pornographic content into the country. According to the judgment documents, in 2021, Guangzhou Customs Anti-smuggling Bureau investigated and dealt with Li Moumou’s purchase and sale of 1,550 prohibited animation books, sentenced him to 11 years’ imprisonment, fined him 200,000 yuan, and confiscated and destroyed all smuggled goods.

Lawyer Lu Yun said that purchasing "millet" from overseas needs to comply with the relevant laws and regulations in People’s Republic of China (PRC). "It may not only be the legal responsibility of the trustee to bring contraband into the country illegally, but also his behavior will be held accountable for the client."

Copyright Boundary of Secondary Creation: Prosperity and Risk of Millet Production

With the business model of "millet" trading becoming more and more mature, the front-end design and production market has also formed a spontaneous industrial chain. Hua Hua, a post-00 interviewee, told the reporter of CCTV News+that in the half year when she was most addicted to buying grain, she only left herself money for eating, and all the rest of the money was changed. However, because "millet" became more and more expensive, she had to start a "millet business" while "eating millet".

Because of their love for common anime characters, Huahua hit it off with a Malaysian painter, who designed it, contacted domestic manufacturers to customize it, and then opened a group online to sell it. In more than three months, their small team put on the shelves a badge from 12 yuan, a key chain from 18 yuan, and an acrylic board &hellip for more than 30 yuan; … More than 6,000 pieces were sold. Huahua, as a middleman in this business, can draw 1— 2 yuan’s dividend, and the painter, as the main designer, can draw 5— 6 yuan.

Group management announcement/provided by respondents

After tasting the sweetness of "millet business", Huahua also contacted a Korean painter to cooperate. He once had an explosive design of bronzing tickets, which was exquisite in style and distinctive. However, I didn’t expect that because the order link broke through 30,000 orders, "too many people bought it, which made him feel scared", and the Korean painter quickly closed the store. Huahua told CCTV News+that the design and production of "Millet" belongs to a gray area, and there may be economic disputes caused by copyright. "It is profitable, but it has nothing to do with the original author, so I don’t want to make it too big."

As a re-creation of the original animation works and character IP story lines, the copyright issue of "Fan Gu" has always been controversial, that is, it is still unknown whether the painter will be held accountable for commercial profits without the explicit authorization of the original production company.

Because painters play the most important role in the whole production chain and get the highest dividend, more and more fans are trying to get a piece of it. Although in the community discussion, some artists laughed at themselves that "producing grain" must "check the publishing law, beware of reporting, beware of searching", but "millet" lovers usually acquiesce that the copyright of the second creation belongs to the painter.

So does the "established practice" in this practice work? The reporter of CCTV News+consulted Professor Yao Linqing, an expert on copyright research in school of economics and management, Communication University of China. She said that this tacit understanding in the market is mainly related to the "win-win" between painters and IP companies. Because the painter’s second creation can greatly enhance the exposure and popularity of the original works, the copyright holders of IP original works often acquiesce in the spread of such works as a kind of free publicity.

"But if the commercial profit of the painter in the process of secondary development is large to a certain extent, or the adapted patterns and designs infringe the copyright of the original works, then the IP producer still has the right to sue the other party for infringement." It is understood that since 2024, a number of second-time bloggers of a video platform have been sued by the original video copyright party, demanding compensation ranging from 100,000 yuan to 1 million yuan. In 2021, there was also a precedent that stickers and puzzles made by a arts and crafts company in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province were sued by the animation copyright party for copyright infringement, and Professor Yao Linqing said: "From this perspective, ‘ Millet ’ The second creation still has legal risks. "

Copyright Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) (revised in 2020)/Source: China Government Network

Professor Ma Zhonghong believes that although there are some temptations and disorderly behaviors in the buying and selling, design and production of "millet", the consumption of "millet" by young people can also be regarded as a "growing consumption preference".

So how to understand this growth? Professor Ma Zhonghong explained that, firstly, the information gathering ability of "Millet" fans has grown. They will collect past lives of IP characters, dig it out with Excel or big data, and tell it clearly. In order to get closer to the people they like, they will learn to draw, Cosplay and make props by hand, and then they will shoot, retouch and write a copy. Finally, "Deep familiarity ‘ Millet ’ Cultural people are very likely to transform into practitioners in the fashion, entertainment and cultural industries in the future, helping our cultural industry to keep pace with the times and connect with the international community. " Professor Ma Zhonghong believes that while being alert to the chaos in the "Valley Circle", encouraging young people to pursue personalized cultural production with their own consumption preferences can only promote the healthy and sustainable development of the cultural industry.

The Japanese government, bent on discharging nuclear sewage, tried every means to appease its fishermen.

CCTV News:According to Japanese media reports on the 24th, according to relevant sources, the Japanese government and Tokyo Electric Power Company have decided to "discharge the nuclear polluted water from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant to the offshore through the submarine tunnel". It is said that the reason for adopting this discharge method is that it is easier for nuclear polluted water to spread in the ocean.

It is said that such discharge makes it easier for nuclear polluted water to spread in the ocean.

Affected by the earthquake and tsunami in 2011, the cores of Units 1-3 of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in Japan melted down. As of March this year, 1.25 million tons of nuclear polluted water has been produced in the nuclear power plant, including the water injected to cool these cores and the groundwater and rainwater continuously flowing in the surrounding areas, and it is still increasing.

In April this year, despite the strong opposition of the international community, the Japanese government still made a decision, saying that it would filter and dilute the nuclear polluted water and discharge it into the sea. It is said that the discharge will start in about two years, and it is expected to last for 20 to 30 years until the waste heap work is completed.

According to reports quoted by Japanese media on the 24th, the Japanese government and TEPCO have studied two schemes for discharging nuclear polluted water, one is to discharge it to the offshore about 1km away from the nuclear power plant through the subsea tunnel, and the other is to discharge it directly from the coast. According to relevant sources, the Japanese government and TEPCO have decided to adopt the scheme of "discharging to the offshore through the submarine tunnel", allegedly on the grounds that this discharge mode "makes it easier for nuclear polluted water to spread in the ocean".

The report also said that due to the need for stable underground rock strata for the construction of the subsea tunnel, TEPCO decided to start magnetic exploration of relevant seabed conditions in September, and then carry out drilling survey to confirm the geological structure. TEPCO will also submit an application for implementing the plan to the Japan Atomic Energy Regulatory Commission in September.

Ten years after nuclear polluted water enters the sea, it will affect the global waters.

In what way will radioactive substances affect the ocean by directly dumping nuclear polluted water into the sea?

The so-called nuclear polluted water refers to the cooling water continuously injected into the reactor to prevent the core from melting after the accident at Fukushima nuclear power plant. In addition, rainwater and groundwater will flow in automatically. At present, Fukushima nuclear facility will produce 140 tons of nuclear polluted water every day. Nuclear contaminated water containing radioactive substances will be sent to "multi-nuclide removal equipment" for purification. 62 kinds of radioactive substances such as cesium and strontium contained in nuclear waste water will be absorbed, but radioactive elements including tritium are difficult to be completely removed.

The German marine scientific research institute pointed out that the Fukushima coast has the strongest ocean current in the world. Within 57 days from the date of discharge, radioactive materials will spread to most parts of the Pacific Ocean, three years later, the United States and Canada will be affected by nuclear pollution, and 10 years later, it will spread to the global waters.

Japanese Fishermen: The position of resolute opposition has not changed.

The discharge of nuclear polluted water from Fukushima, Japan, is related to the safety of the global marine ecological environment and the lives and health of people in all countries. The international community generally expresses strong concern about the possible impact of this move by Japan, and fishery practitioners from all over Japan, led by Fukushima Prefecture, have also been strongly opposed.

The head of the Federation of Fishery Synergies in Fukushima Prefecture said on the 24th that the organization’s position of resolutely opposing the discharge of nuclear polluted water into the ocean has not changed. On the same day, the president of the Japan National Federation of Fishery Cooperatives also issued a statement saying that the organization had asked the Japanese government to "make a responsible explanation" on the scheme of discharging nuclear polluted water into the sea, but so far it has not received a specific reply.

The reputation of fishery is damaged. The Japanese government says it plans to spend money on seafood.

The Japanese government held a meeting on issues related to the discharge of nuclear polluted water into the sea on the 24th, and said that if the discharge of nuclear polluted water into the sea leads to the damage of Japan’s fishery image, the decline in demand for seafood, the decrease in sales and the decline in prices, the government will use state financial funds to purchase seafood.

According to the plan, once the sales of Japanese seafood at home and abroad drop significantly, the government will temporarily purchase and preserve frozen seafood through newly established funds, which will help expand the sales of unfrozen seafood.

[Enough science] What items can’t be put in the car in hot weather?

Summer strikes, and many places continue to have high temperatures. What items are stored in the car that may be dangerous? Some data show that when the outdoor temperature reaches about 30℃, the temperature of the dashboard of the vehicle under direct sunlight can reach 60℃ to 70℃. Therefore, some items, such as lighters, batteries, liquid perfume, sunscreen spray, etc., should not be placed in the car, otherwise accidents such as deflagration will occur at high temperature. Take stock of those unexpected events in previous Olympic Games.

The 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games was postponed for one year due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Take stock of those unexpected events in previous Olympic Games.

  Wu Bingcong

If it weren’t for a raging COVID-19 epidemic, the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games would be in full swing. The virus pandemic forced the Tokyo Olympic Organizing Committee to postpone the Olympic Games for one year, but this is not the first time in history that the Olympic Games cannot be held as scheduled. Due to the two world wars, several Summer Olympics and Winter Olympics in Berlin, Germany, Tokyo, Japan and Helsinki, Finland were forced to cancel. In addition to the COVID-19 epidemic, Norovirus and Zika virus have also brought great trouble to the organizers of the Olympic Games.

As a four-year world sports event, the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games and the flame lighting ceremony have attracted much attention. However, accidents such as the burning of pigeons in the Seoul Olympic Games and the "five rings without one ring" in the Sochi Winter Olympics have caused a lot of controversy and discussion. The Olympic Games symbolizes peace, but it happened that some people took the opportunity to stir up terrorism, maim innocent lives and arouse people’s panic. The unfortunate casualties of athletes and behind-the-scenes workers also made everyone feel sad. Taking stock of these sudden accidents in the course of the century-old modern Olympic Games has brought many challenges to the organizers, but peace and beauty are undoubtedly the main theme of the century-old Olympic Games.

Wars broke out, and the Tokyo and Berlin Olympic Games were cancelled.

Before the official announcement of the Tokyo Olympic Games was postponed, the International Olympic Committee gave a four-week observation period, and was finally forced to make a "difficult decision" to postpone it according to the epidemic situation. For the organizers, the delay of this major event has brought immeasurable economic losses. The BBC reported that in addition to the $11.8 billion already invested, the organizers are bound to need more funds, and sponsors, tourism, urban planning, historical heritage and local enterprises will all suffer from the negative impact of the postponement of the Olympic Games.

The most famous cancellation of the Olympic Games in history also happened in Tokyo, Japan. If we sort out the bidding process of the 12th Olympic Games, we will find that it was a group of people who tried their best to host the Games and then tried their best to sayno..

Writer David goldblatt recorded in his book "Games: A Global History of the Olympics" that the Japanese government at that time actively bid for this Olympic Games, hoping to show a Japan that recovered from the 1923 earthquake disaster. The Tokyo government formally applied in 1932, and Rome, Italy and Helsinki, Finland competed for the right to host the games at the same time. David goldblatt describes in his book that the Japanese government lobbied around to win the right to host the games, and finally persuaded Mussolini. The book wrote: "At that time, you helped me and I helped you, which has become a normal state of international sports. Mussolini surprisingly announced that if Japan supports Italy’s bid for the 1944 Olympic Games, Italy will support Japan’s bid for the 1940 Olympic Games. "

In July 1938, the Japanese government suddenly issued a statement saying that the Olympic Games would not be held! The Japanese Olympic Committee euphemistically mentioned "the trouble with China" in its statement. In fact, there are two reasons for the cancellation of this Olympic Games: First, after the September 18th Incident, Japan’s aggression against China was condemned by the League of Nations, the predecessor of the United Nations. After Japan withdrew from the organization in 1933, it began to expand its aggression around the world, and gradually became hostile to all countries in the world and fell into diplomatic difficulties. Second, there are voices in Japan, hoping to spend more money on military activities instead of hosting the Olympic Games. Under such pressure, the Tokyo Olympic Games and the Sapporo Winter Olympics planned for the same year were all cancelled.

Subsequently, the International Olympic Committee decided to change the venue of the 12th Summer Olympic Games to Helsinki from July 20th to August 4th, 1940. However, due to the chaos and turmoil in Europe caused by World War II, the Olympic Games and Winter Olympics, which changed hands, were forced to cancel again. Finally, after the end of World War II, the Olympic flame was reignited in London in 1948. After Japan gave up the right to host the Olympic Games in 1940, it was as far away as 1964 that it ushered in the Olympic flame again.

The earliest cancellation of the Olympic Games took place in Berlin, Germany in 1916. The German Stadium in Berlin, which was built for the Sixth Olympic Games, started construction in 1912, and when it was completed in 1913, 10,000 doves were released, and 60,000 people watched the event. However, a year later, World War I broke out, and the war lasted for several years. In serious cases, the German army even advanced to 70 kilometers away from Paris, ioc headquarters. Wars broke out, peace ceased, and the Olympic Games, a symbol of peace, died unfortunately in the war. Even ioc headquarters once moved to Lausanne, Switzerland, a neutral country, to take refuge.

Coubertin, the father of the modern Olympic Games, took "creating a sports culture that exists without politics" as his lifelong goal. However, the Olympic Games are frequently associated with war and even aggression, which makes people feel sorry. Peace and development are the themes of today’s era, but the cancellation of these Olympic Games in history has witnessed the dark history of imperialist aggression in the form of sports.

Human life is a matter of concern, and the Olympic casualties are embarrassing.

In every Olympic Games, there are always several happy families and several worried families. Some athletes break through the limit to win the gold medal, but others are injured or even killed.

The latest death of an athlete occurred at the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 2016. Bahman Goba Nezhad, a 48-year-old Iranian cyclist, crashed on the way to the men’s C4-5 cycling road race and died after being sent to hospital for treatment. Goba Nezhad is a veteran of the battlefield, with 12 years of cycling experience. He also participated in the London Olympic Games in 2012, and was called the best national player by Iranian Paralympic Committee Secretary-General Ashrafi.

However, the veteran accidentally crashed on the winding downhill road around the mountain road. After falling, his head hit the rock. On the way to the hospital, he had a heart failure and eventually died. After the accident, the Brazilian Olympic Committee informed the families of the deceased and arranged for the remains to be transported back to their hometown for burial. The International Olympic Committee later issued an accident investigation report. The BBC reported that the death of Goba Nezhad was the first time that an athlete died during the Paralympic Games since it was held in 1960. To this end, the organizers joined the flag at half-mast and a mourning ceremony at the closing ceremony to pay tribute to the late athletes.

Athletes are the protagonists in the Olympic Games, but the behind-the-scenes workers in the process of preparing for the Olympic Games are also worthy of attention. During the preparation for the Olympic Games, the host country often commandeers a large amount of manpower. When the Olympic Games cycle meets the venue’s rush, the casualties caused by overtime and overwork are also very worrying.

In July 2019, the Tokyo Olympic venues were under construction, and the heat wave in midsummer swept through Tokyo. Reuters reported that since the end of July, 2019, the soaring temperature has caused 57 deaths in all parts of Japan. At this time, construction workers are facing great challenges in working outdoors.

At the beginning of August, the Tokyo International Exhibition Hall was renovated as planned and prepared to be used as a media center after the opening of the Olympic Games. On the afternoon of the 8th, a 50-year-old construction worker was found unconscious when laying a cable outside. He eventually died of heatstroke.

In addition to the potentially fatal working environment, high-intensity work pressure is also terrible. In March of that year, it was revealed in the media that a 23-year-old Japanese construction worker slept only two or three hours a day on average in order to build the Olympic venues in Tokyo, and was overwhelmed physically and mentally. Finally, he committed suicide three months after joining the Olympic venues construction plan. In the suicide note, he said: "My physical and psychological condition has reached the limit, and I can’t think of any other way to solve it."

The accident attracted the attention of Japanese Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare Yasuhisa Shiozaki, who said that the incident was so serious that the organizers could not tolerate any fatal accidents at the Olympic venues and would start to reduce the workload of workers. At the same time, Dacheng Construction Company, which undertakes the building improvement plan, also publicly admitted that the company did not abide by the labor management contract and violated the Japanese Labor Basic Law.

Harm the innocent when a peaceful event is attacked by terrorists.

The Olympic Games has gathered politicians from various countries and top players in the sports field, and a large number of tourists have gathered in the city. It is inevitable that terrorists will take the opportunity to make trouble and kill innocent people in order to achieve political demands.

The bombing of the Centennial Olympic Park was a terrorist incident that had to be mentioned during the Olympic Games. The case occurred on July 27th, 1996, during the Olympic Games in Atlanta, USA. The explosion was deadly, causing one death, one heart attack and 111 injuries.

Eric Rudolph, the head of terrorism, has long been dissatisfied with the Clinton administration’s position on abortion. In order to create momentum, he is determined to make the Olympic Games impossible. The bomb was quietly installed in the Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta. Fortunately, security guard Richard Jurville found a bomb ahead of time and evacuated most of the audience, which reduced the number of casualties. But at first, this conscientious security guard was once suspected by the FBI. Fortunately, the truth was finally found out, and Rudolph was also sentenced to life imprisonment in 2005.

In Munich in 1972, when the 20th Summer Olympic Games was held in West Germany, the Palestinian armed group "Black September" targeted the Israeli delegation participating in the Olympic Games. At 4: 10 in the morning, eight "Black September" armed men sneaked into the residence of Israeli athletes in the Olympic Village, two doors were pried open, weightlifter Roman and wrestling coach Weinberg were shot dead on the spot, and nine other members of the delegation were also held hostage.

This incident led to the emergency suspension of the Olympic Games, and negotiations and hostage rescue operations began. The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has a long history. Black September hopes to demand the release of 234 Palestinians held by Israel through its hostages. Israel refused, but both sides agreed to take Egypt as an intermediate country to negotiate the redemption of hostages. At that time, the rescue plan given by the former West German police was to rescue the hostages when Palestinian militants left the country by replacing passenger planes from the air base. However, due to the wrong information, the police underestimated the number of armed personnel, and the crew of the passenger plane did not cooperate properly, which led to the rescue plan being completely out of control. In the 45-minute battle, all the hostages were killed, five of the eight Palestinian militants were killed and three were arrested; In a hijacking incident in the same year, the former West German government handed over the three men to Libya for release.

On September 6, 1972, the Munich Olympic Games, which was interrupted for 34 hours, continued, and a memorial ceremony was held for the Israeli delegation. The 12 seats vacated during the ceremony represented 11 members of the Israeli delegation and a former West German policeman who died unfortunately.

In an awkward moment, the opening ceremony will fall off the chain.

In addition to the wonderful competition, the most eye-catching performances in each Olympic Games are the grand opening ceremony and the flame lighting ceremony. Outside the scene, there are countless viewers watching the performance with jet lag in front of the TV, and any unexpected situation on the scene will be broadcast in high-definition pictures and spread all over the world.

In 1988, the flame burned a dove of peace at the opening ceremony of the Seoul Olympic Games in South Korea, which attracted the highest attention in history. This accident was even crowned as "the most cruel opening ceremony in the world". In order to show the peaceful and beautiful intention with white pigeons, the organizer has prepared 2,400 white pigeons, and plans to release them at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. The scene of the pigeons spreading their wings in Qi Fei is very shocking. However, what I never expected was that on the day of release, some pigeons took off and saw the pillars or towers in the stadium and flew to rest.

In the following flame lighting session, three torchbearers, Sun Meiting, Zheng Shanwan and Jin Zhuoyuan, took the lifting platform and lit the flame in Taichung with their arms raised high. At this time, the torch platform is more than ten centimeters above the torchbearer’s head, and no one can see dozens of white pigeons resting on it. At the moment when the flame was lit, the white dove that had no time to fly away was buried in the sea of fire, and the audience exclaimed. Afterwards, both the torchbearers and the Organizing Committee were condemned by animal protection organizations. However, due to their location and time, the torchbearers were unable to drive away the pigeons and could only watch the tragedy happen.

Due to planning mistakes, the dove of peace at the Olympic Games turned into a "roasted pigeon". Although the tragedy could not be redeemed, this painful historical memory remained in the hearts of a generation of Koreans. A few years ago, in the popular Korean drama "Please Answer 1988", the protagonist, who was an Olympic volunteer, was designed to take the burned dove home for burial, and remember this history with images.

The opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, was also accidentally broken, and only four rings appeared in the Olympic rings. The most important symbol of the Olympic Games is wrong, which is a big mistake in the history of the Olympic Games for a hundred years.

At the end of the opening performance of "The First Impression of Russia", the Olympic rings decorated with five edelweiss lit up the night sky. However, due to technical failure, the ring in the upper right corner of the screen disappeared out of thin air. The applause at the scene was sparse, and the audience also found this mistake. However, in the official TV broadcast pictures of countries around the world, the audience still saw the complete five rings. In this regard, Ernst, the chief producer of the opening ceremony, said that because there was a delay in the broadcast of the picture, they used the restoration technology to make up for this shortcoming. Although the rescue was fast enough, the outside world did not stop, because in the previous countdown of 10 seconds, the picture fell into darkness from the fifth second, and this obvious mistake made the scene look very embarrassing.

In the face of frequent technical problems in the opening ceremony, Ernst believes that in the only three-week rehearsal time, it is necessary to train actors and deal with equipment, and it is inevitable that mistakes will be made in a hurry. He felt that even if there were mistakes, the Sochi Winter Olympics still presented a wonderful opening ceremony performance for the world.

When the virus hits Zika and Norovirus, the lethality is not small.

Before Covid-19 delayed the Tokyo Olympic Games, the 2016 Rio Olympic Games in Brazil and the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South Korea were also threatened by Zika and Norovirus respectively. Fortunately, the number of people infected with the virus was limited and properly controlled, and the Olympic Games was finally held successfully.

The opening ceremony of the Rio Olympic Games is scheduled to be held on August 5, 2016. However, according to the BBC, only three months ago, 125 internationally renowned scientists and doctors from Harvard, Oxford, Yale and other academic institutions jointly requested that the Olympic Games to be held in Rio de Janeiro be postponed or changed to other regions.

In this open letter to the World Health Organization, scientists said that it was "immoral" to hold the Olympic Games at this time because of the rampant Zika virus. Zika virus is spread by mosquito bites. It started in Brazil and spread to more than 60 countries in more than a year. Scientists pointed out that although the symptoms of Zika virus infection are relatively mild, it may cause fetal malformation and microcephaly, and the consequences are quite serious.

These scientists even said rudely that Brazil’s plan to kill mosquitoes was not successful, and the capacity of the country’s medical system was weakened. At this time, it was unnecessary to let about 500,000 members of delegations and tourists go to Brazil.

However, in mid-June, the International Olympic Committee still decided to hold the Rio Olympic Games as scheduled. Through the assessment, the Olympic Committee believes that the virus has a weak impact on people other than pregnant women, and WHO points out that the mosquito activity in Brazil has been relatively small since August. Although the virus is identified as "low risk", experts still advise tourists to take preventive measures to avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.

The virus also caused many athletes to retreat before the game. American cyclist Van Gadlen withdrew from the Olympic Games because of his fear of his pregnant wife and unborn baby. Pau gasol, a famous Spanish basketball player, also said that he would consider freezing sperm in advance before taking part in the Olympic Games.

When the PyeongChang Winter Olympics was held in 2018, Norovirus was also a threat: it raided the Olympic Village one week before the opening ceremony on February 9, directly threatening the health of competitors from all over the world. The news that 86 guards in the Olympic Village were diagnosed with Norovirus broke out like a bolt from the blue. The organizers responded immediately. On February 6th, more than 1,200 guards evacuated from their posts were quarantined, and 900 gendarmes were urgently transferred to manage 20 Olympic venues and Olympic villages.

Norovirus has aroused great concern because it is super contagious. This virus that causes non-bacterial acute gastroenteritis causes diarrhea and vomiting, and saliva, feces, food and water may be the carriers of virus transmission. The gangwon Institute of Health and Environment immediately began to investigate and detected the virus in many places in the youth training center near the Olympic Village, including drinking fountains, bathrooms, hand washing tables and so on.

Fortunately, the organizing committee responded quickly, providing soap and disinfectant to players from all over the world, closing public drinking fountains, and announcing to avoid eating fresh food. Although the virus did not spread on a large scale, two Swiss freestyle skiers and three foreign journalists in the news center were still infected. Fortunately, although Norovirus attacked the Olympic Village, it was not fatal, but a series of infection symptoms made patients very uncomfortable.

Return to Tangshan in 1976 —— Commemorating the 40th anniversary of Tangshan Earthquake

Tangshan, China, July 28 (Reporter Guo Xiangyu, Xiao Yuan and Du Zhen) According to the Voice of China report, today is the 40th anniversary of the Tangshan earthquake. Forty years ago, Tangshan, Hebei Province, took the lives of 240,000 people in just 23 seconds, and made this industrial city an island for 15 days after the earthquake.

Li Shengtang, then deputy director of the dispatching room of Tangshan Airport, and Li Yulin, vice chairman of the trade union in Tangshan Mining Area of Kailuan Coal Mine, were both survivors of the Tangshan earthquake. When the earthquake occurred, they went to Beijing from the air and the ground respectively to ask for support from the central government.

The earthquake shattered their families and changed their life trajectory. After a lapse of 40 years, every moment of the earthquake, help and disaster relief is still fresh.

On July 27, 1976, in Tangshan that night, the weather was particularly sultry and the sky was surprisingly bright. Li Shengtang, then deputy director of the dispatching room of Tangshan Airport, recalled that his wife thought of the earthquake at that time. "My wife told me, oh, is there going to be an earthquake? I’m afraid she can’t sleep, so I said, don’t dream, it’s so hot in summer. “

At the same time, Li Yulin, vice chairman of the labor union in Tangshan mining area of Kailuan coal mine, just rose to the well and worked underground for two days and one night. After returning home, he was so tired that he didn’t even eat, so he fell on the bed.

At 3: 42 am on July 28th, the earth shook. Li Shengtang, who survived, climbed out of the ruins, held a pair of children under a tree in the yard and turned and ran to the airport dispatching building 1 km away. However, the damage of the airport made Li Shengtang almost desperate. Four of the eight pillars of the dispatching building were broken and the command system was completely paralyzed. Li Shengtang and his comrades searched the whole station and only found a barely usable ultrashort wave radio station.

Li Shengtang recalled: "There is only one navigation station left. What’s wrong with the air station, the fixed tower and the antenna? There are two planes. Li -2 plane can fly in complex weather, but later it was found that the communication car was still working, and the back was broken, so it could be sent out, and it could generate electricity. “

Kailuan coal mine. Li Yulin was in a hurry to get to the mining area, and he was worried about the underground workers whose life and death were unknown. Standing on the dark mine and shouting, the only people who can respond to Li Yulin are Cao Guocheng, director of the Armed Forces Department, Yuan Qingwu, the winch driver of the electromechanical department, and Cui Zhiliang, the driver of the mine rescue team. The only equipment that can be found is a mine ambulance that was not damaged by the earthquake.

To Beijing! Report to the CPC Central Committee! This was the only way that Li Yulin could think of at that time. "The concept of going to Beijing came into being in the process of running from my home to the mine. All I saw was ruins and nothing else."

Thirty minutes after the earthquake, the red mine ambulance sounded the alarm, carrying four people, including Li Yulin, from the mining area and heading west to Beijing.

Asking for support from the central government is also the first thought in Li Shengtang’s mind. When he was about to start the radio station to guide the plane to fly to Beijing, he was held down by his comrades: taking off without approval is a violation of discipline.

After the earthquake in Tangshan, it began to rain, and Li Shengtang finally made a decision. After the earthquake, the first distress plane flying to Beijing rushed out of the runway and took off in the rain without a navigation platform and only under the naked eye command of Li Shengtang.

Li Shengtang said: "This is a special take-off in an extraordinary period. I asked the dispatcher to let the plane take off. In this way, it took off at 6 o’clock. "

When Li Yulin’s car arrived in Beijing, the Li -2 plane under the command of Li Shengtang also landed smoothly at Nanyuan Airport. Two cars galloped towards each other in the streets of Beijing in the early morning. Finally, they met in front of Xinhua Gate in Zhongnanhai. No greetings, no communication. What they are thinking about is how to report the disaster to the central authorities as quickly as possible.

4 hours and 18 minutes after the earthquake. Beijing, Ziguangge, Zhongnanhai. Li Yulin reported the disaster of Kailuan Coal Mine to the central leadership: there are still thousands of miners underground.

Li Yulin people didn’t know at that time that thousands of miners who fled to the alleys were waiting for an order in the dark 590 meters underground in Kailuan Coal Mine. After 40 years, Zhang Guocheng, an electromechanical worker, still clearly remembered the scene at that time.

Zhang Guocheng recalled: "At that time, it gave me the feeling that the working face collapsed, and the boards fell off, so we forced our way out through a small seam. The workers who came down from the construction site waited for the instructions from the leaders, and Xi’ an did not move. At that time, the organization was particularly strong and there was no chaos. "

The underground search was carried out nervously and orderly until the last worker was found. This team of thousands of people began to move step by step to the wellhead that did not collapse with the miner’s lamp overhead. In the end, all miners were safely raised.

Tangshan airport. Li Shengtang waited in the dispatching room all night, constantly debugging the buttons of the radio station for fear of missing any signal in the air.

9 am, the fifth hour after the earthquake. Finally, the radio came to call Tangshan Station in secret language, demanding landing conditions: this Mi -8 helicopter, which took off from Beijing Shahe Airport two hours ago, was the first rescue plane sent by the central authorities.

As the relief materials arrived in Tangshan, Li Yulin, who reported the disaster to the central authorities and returned to provide relief. On the way back to Kailuan coal mine, he shouted at the top of his voice and told the affected people along the way that the central government had decided to help Tangshan.

Li Yulin said: "I told them about the situation, and there were more and more people around. Oh, I’ve never heard that slogan. It’s all from the heart. Almost all of them shouted when they broke their throats. Many wounded people were lying on the ground. Although they couldn’t shout, I still remember the strength of opening my mouth now. "

Only when Li Yulin returned to Tangshan did he know that 14 relatives, including his parents and son, were killed in the earthquake. After hastily burying the next of kin, Li Yulin returned to the mine. With more than 20,000 miners trapped in Tangshan, Kailuan Coal Mine officially resumed production on the 10th day after the earthquake. "After the injured people have settled the dead, they all come back to mine. There are annoying drainage and mine protection, restoration of construction on the well, cleaning up things, etc., all of which are spread out. After ten days, the basic mines are full of people. At that time, everyone has difficulties, and if there is no difficulty, they will all come. "

As railways and highways have been severely damaged, opening air passages is the only choice for disaster relief. The air rescue officially began 5 hours and 18 minutes after the earthquake. However, the power was interrupted, the runway lights were completely extinguished, and there was no navigation equipment. Tangshan Airport became "blind". Without runway lights, the soldiers collected hundreds of lanterns instead. Thirteen types of aircraft from more than 30 airports across the country took off and landed in nearly a thousand aftershocks by listening to Li Shengtang’s ears and observing with the naked eye. When I was most nervous, I took off and landed a plane in an average of 2 minutes, which created a miracle in the history of world aviation. During the critical period of 14 days after the earthquake, more than 20,000 wounded people and countless relief materials took off and landed from the narrow runway of Tangshan Airport.

Li Shengtang said: "It is quite difficult to take off and land. Some large routes and small routes take off head-to-head, cross-take-off, and take off at both ends, and use one runway as two runways to maximize the airport take-off and landing rate, transport more wounded people and transport more relief materials. Up to 360 a day, with an average of 200 take-off and landing every day. I haven’t washed my face or rested for fifteen days. "

On August 11th, 15th day after the earthquake, the land route from Tangshan to the outside world was finally opened. Tangshan in ruins is finally no longer an island.

Li Shengtang, who is 80 years old, has some difficulty with his left foot. Every time he climbs a floor, he has to rest for a while. But as long as he hears a plane flying overhead, he will still be excited.

In the subsidence area of Kailuan coal mine where the victims were buried, now, the 2016 Tangshan World Horticultural Exposition Park has been built. The miners who experienced the earthquake have already retired, and Zhang Guocheng, an electromechanical worker, took a liking to photography after retirement. He said that he loves to pat the new Tangshan more. "I took a lot of pictures when the World Expo was not engaged in gardening. Now I have taken a lot of pictures when it is completed. I don’t need to say that others can see the changes before and after, right?"

However, when he reached the center of the park, he put down his camera and stood quietly. The theme sculpture "Danfeng Chaoyang" in front of him, which symbolizes the nirvana of the phoenix, seems to remind everyone who comes here not to forget the city’s past.

Zhang Guocheng said: "I have been in Tangshan for more than 60 years. You see that so many people died in the earthquake at that time and buried their bodies to restore their homes. More than 200,000 people died in Tangshan. He can still stand tall and stand tall. It is time to resume production and resume production. How to live and live? This is Tangshan people!"

Precautionary measures for tornado weather

1. At home, be sure to stay away from doors, windows and the outer walls of houses, and hide in the wall or small room opposite to the tornado. The safest place to avoid a tornado is the basement or semi-basement.

2. In case of pole falling and house collapse, cut off the power supply in time to prevent electric shock or fire.

3. When there is a tornado outside the field, you should look for low-lying ground nearby, but stay away from trees and poles to avoid being smashed, crushed and electrocuted.

4. When the car encounters a tornado when going out, never drive to avoid it, nor do you avoid it in the car, because the car has almost no defense ability against tornadoes, so you should leave the car immediately and avoid it in low-lying areas.
