Vigorously develop modern service industries such as e-commerce, global tourism, and healthy old-age care, support cultural industries with Hunan characteristics, strive to build brands such as Cultural Hunan Army, Splendid Xiaoxiang and Red Tourism, promote standardization and informationization of modern service industries, and create more employment opportunities. Grasp the trend of industrial transfer, guide the resource-processing, labor-intensive and capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries with cost advantages to transfer from the developed eastern regions to our province, and tap the employment potential of the secondary industry.
